At Rep Theory, we’re committed to delivering high-quality training experiences and apparel that represent our standard of consistency and effort. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our approach to sessions, bookings, and merchandise orders made through reptheory.info.

By scheduling a workout or purchasing an item, you agree to the terms below.
 

2. Training Sessions & Bookings

• No Refunds: All scheduled sessions and training packages are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

• Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations made within 24 hours of a session, or missed sessions without notice, are non-transferable and will be forfeited.

• Package Adjustments: Multi-session packages can be rescheduled within their validity period but cannot be refunded once training has begun.

Our goal is to keep you accountable and consistent — if something comes up, we’ll always do our best to help you reschedule.
 

3. Apparel & Merchandise

• All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our custom designs, embroidery, and limited-run apparel, all merchandise sales are final.

• No Returns or Exchanges: We do not accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or preference. Please review product details carefully before ordering.

• Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@reptheory.info with your order number and a photo of the item. Verified defective items may be eligible for a replacement.
   

4. Digital Content (if applicable)

All digital products, guides, or downloadable materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed.
