Ameer Biddle
Player Development Coach & Founder of Rep Theory
Ameer Biddle is a professional basketball player and skill development coach with proven success both in the U.S. and overseas. A standout at Penn State Wilkes-Barre, he earned honors including Academic All-American, USCAA All-American, PSUAC Defensive Player of the Year, and National Champion, establishing himself as one of the program’s top two-way players.
He went on to play professionally in three countries — El Salvador, Mexico, and Germany — where he built his reputation as a dynamic scorer, averaging over 25 points per game in every region, and displaying leadership on and off the court.
With over nine years of player development experience and three years of high school coaching, Ameer focuses on developing complete players through skill refinement, mental discipline, and game IQ.
Through Rep Theory, Ameer aims to instill the habits, work ethic, and mindset it takes to elevate both the athlete and the individual—one rep at a time.

Khory Moore
Player Development Coach
Khory Moore is a professional basketball player, coach, and youth development specialist with proven success across every level of the game. A Wakefield High School standout (2009–2013), he earned District Player of the Year, First Team All-Region and District, and led his team to a District Championship and State Final Four appearance.
At Virginia Wesleyan University (2013–2017), Khory became one of the most decorated players in program history — earning ODAC Rookie of the Year, Virginia State Freshman of the Year, 3× First Team All-Conference, and 3× First Team All-State honors. He remains the school’s all-time leader in steals (191) and 3-pointers (305), and ranks second all-time in scoring (2,028 points) while guiding his team to multiple NCAA Tournament runs, including a Final Four.
Professionally, Khory has dominated the ECBL with the DC Heat, earning Rookie of the Year (2023), 2× MVP, 2× Champion, Finals MVP, and setting the league record for points in a game (76). He’s also competed internationally on the Pro Circuit in China and in NBA 5v5 events.
Off the court, Khory serves as a Program Director for Momentum3 Sports, where he’s earned five Youth Development Awards and trained athletes of all levels in both basketball and football. He also teaches the game as a VHSL Referee and Cardinal Official, continuing to invest in player growth, discipline, and development.
